FitzMark Completes Acquisition of United Transportation Services

FitzMark, LLC (“FitzMark”), a leading provider of freight brokerage and transportation management solutions, announced the acquisition of United Transportation Services, Inc. (“UTS”) on September 1, 2026.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

This acquisition represents FitzMark’s 11th transaction as it continues to execute its organic and targeted acquisition growth strategy.
