Opt-In Policy for Text Messaging (B2B)

Purpose
We use our toll-free number to send business-related SMS or MMS messages to our clients, vendors, and partners. These messages may include account updates, appointment reminders, service notifications, or other information related to our business relationship.

Opt-In Process
We will only send messages to a business contact if:

  1. The contact (or their organization) has provided the number voluntarily via:

    • Completing a service agreement or account setup form that includes the number

    • Submitting the number through a web form or portal with a checkbox indicating consent to receive messages

    • Providing verbal consent during a recorded customer service call (with a record of the date and time)

    • Sending an email to a contact within our company requesting communication via text message

  2. The contact has been informed that their number will be used for business-related text messaging.

Message Frequency
We will send messages only as needed for business purposes and will not exceed 10 messages per month unless the situation requires urgent communication.

Opt-Out Process
Recipients can opt out at any time by:

Upon receipt of an opt-out request, we will promptly remove the number from our messaging list and confirm by SMS that the opt-out was successful.

Data Privacy
We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. All numbers are used solely for the purposes stated in this policy and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
